Terms of Service

Terms of Service for Scoop it Dude Pet Waste Removal:

Welcome to our poop scooping service, we appreciate your business and look forward to providing you with the best possible service. Before using our services, please carefully read the following terms of service:

  • Card on File: In order to use our service, we require that you provide us with a valid credit or debit card to keep on file. Your card will be charged after each visit, and we will send an email receipt for your records.

  • Payment: Payments are due within 7 days when the invoice is sent. Failure to pay may result in a pause of service, and a possible initial cleanup fee may be added to the next bill to resume service.

  • Yard Access: We do not enter your home. We require access to your yard in order to scoop the poop, if we cannot access the yard due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or dogs in the yard; the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply. We suggest adding gate combinations/codes to your customer file or providing us with lock keys to avoid locked gates/missed visits. If the customer requests we come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.

  • Missed Visits: If we arrive at your property and are unable to complete the service due to reasons beyond our control, such as a locked gate or aggressive dog, we will still charge for the missed visit. This is because we have to pick up twice the amount of poop on the next visit.

  • Severe Weather: We will work in light rain and cold/hot weather as long as it is safe. We cannot work through severe weather such as thunderstorms, extreme temperatures, heavy snow accumulation or flooding. When bad weather hits we will skip you for that week and will be back the following week. We still bill you for the missed visit as we are picking up extra waste on the next visit that was there from the prior week. If you need the yard cleaned for the week, please reach out to us, we cannot guarantee that we can make it back out to your yard as our schedule may be full, but we will try our best to accommodate you.

  • Debris: Debris such as long grass, weeds, leaf's and other obstacles may prevent us from doing a good job of scooping poop. We will still do our best to clean up as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee a perfectly clean yard.

  • Major Holidays: We do not scoop poop on major holidays, including: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. If your service day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week prior.

  • Service Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel service at any time for any reason. You may cancel service at anytime for any reason, there are no contracts, but you will need to take care of any remaining invoices. Failure to pay any remaining balances is considered theft of service and we will pursue our legal options after 90 days of a balance being unpaid.

  • Pricing: Weekly rates are based on up to .2 acre area. Prices will vary for yards with more than 4 dogs or over .2 acres and other circumstances such as cleaning in rock, pebble, garden beds, Prices are subject to change.
